Flavor is the result of a love story between two people from different parts of the world. East met West in Ashland, Oregon. With a passion for travel and cuisine, they traveled the world in search of adventure and to fulfill an insatiable palate for international dishes. The birth of this venture was a result of the two deciding to embark on their passion of providing unique and tasty food to Ashland.

Having two sister restaurants in India, original and authentic recipes were easy to come by. What you're about to experience is the tangible result of two people risking it all in order to gain the life they were meant to live. Our goal is to not only serve authentic and tasteful dishes to excite the palate, but to excite the soul which longs for adventure.

 Flavor started as the culmination of a lifelong dream in India 14 years ago. The family owned restaurant was welcomed with great success and another restaurant followed. We want to bring our passion for food to Ashland. We enjoy feeding people and feel that doing so with love and positivity makes us different. Our emphasis is on great taste by cooking with fresh ingredient and we cater to the tastes of different palates and age groups.
